The package includes 20 GB SSD storage and 100 email accounts. Automatic backup adds ৳100 per month to the hosting cost. Its included SSL certificate has no separate certificate charge, and SSH access is available on demand.
Premium Max costs ৳6,647 for the first year and renews at ৳10,500 per year. The package permits ten websites under that annual hosting purchase. It includes 30 GB SSD storage, 100 subdomains and 100 email accounts, with unlimited bandwidth and MySQL databases advertised for the plan. Its allocated resources are 2 GB RAM and 1.5 vCore CPU. The package also allows 30 entry processes and 600,000 inodes.
Orders that abuse a Nebula iHost offer can be cancelled. Opening multiple accounts or services in the same name or another name to obtain an offer can also lead to permanent termination of those accounts or services. Offer-related abuse termination does not qualify for a refund. If an order violates the offer terms, refund eligibility is removed for every service in that account. Service activated accidentally can also be suspended or terminated under the account terms.
No. Products and services bought through a special offer or promotion are excluded from refunds, including discounted shared hosting and VPS. Dedicated servers, email hosting, third-party services and add-on products are also outside refund coverage. Those exclusions apply even when the service has never been used or was used for only an hour. Custom software, software installation, setup fees, paid control panels and software licence fees are non-refundable as well.
Regular shared hosting has a conditional 15-day refund window from activation. The request must explain the service problem and the reason for requesting the refund. Nebula iHost first attempts to resolve the issue and determines whether it relates to its service. A refund applies when the service-related problem cannot be solved. A request made after the window, or one without a qualifying service problem, is not accepted. Violating the hosting terms also removes eligibility for a refund.
Regular VPS purchases have a conditional seven-day refund window from activation. The buyer must give the refund reason and describe the problem with the service. The issue is reviewed to establish whether it is related to Nebula iHost and whether it can be resolved. Refund eligibility depends on an unresolved service-related problem. Once a claim is approved, refunds are issued within three working days, with completion taking up to 15 working days depending on the payment gateway.
Submit a cancellation request through the Nebula iHost client area. Normal hosting cancellation has no cancellation fee. A request for money back is a separate step: create a support ticket with the billing department, which reviews the service against the refund conditions. Cancellation alone does not make a payment refundable. Service renewal payments are excluded from refunds. Billing updates are sent automatically to the account’s email address, without a separate phone call about the bill.
Yes. Credit added to a Nebula iHost account can pay for new services or renew existing services. That balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded. If an account is permanently closed for abuse or under the specified account-termination provisions, all credits expire. A refund request is also rejected when a customer has an active service, buys another service in the same category and then complains about dissatisfaction with the previous service.
One cPanel-to-cPanel website migration is free for each new hosting package when requested within 15 days of the order. After that deadline, migration costs $10 per website as a one-time charge, and that charge is non-refundable. The previous hosting must have enough storage to create the website backup. If a buyer receives free migration and then cancels within the first billing cycle, 850 BDT per migrated website is deducted before an otherwise eligible refund is settled.
Domain registration has no guaranteed refund. Nebula iHost supplies registrations through multiple partner registrars, and some do not offer domain refunds. Registration prices can change with the underlying vendor’s pricing. Redemption or restoration costs 20 times the standard domain renewal fee. Expiration reminders arrive by email 15 days before expiration, ten days before and on the expiration date. Further reminders follow 15 and 28 days after expiration. Restoration remains subject to the domain extension’s restoration timeframe.
