No. Junior, Senior and Master switch to their renewal rates after the promotional year. Junior renews at €7.95 a month, Senior at €14.95 and Master at €25.95 on annual billing. The corresponding annual charges are €95.40, €179.40 and €311.40. A separate eligible coupon can cover shared-hosting renewals; cdmon coupons can also apply to domain registrations, transfers and renewals, with product restrictions attached to individual campaigns.
Monthly billing starts with Senior. Start and Junior are available quarterly, every six months or annually, while Senior and Master also offer a monthly option. Senior’s monthly charge is €18.69 and Master’s is €32.44. For quarterly payments, Start costs €18.56, Junior €29.81, Senior €56.06 and Master €97.31. These are regular billing options, separate from the introductory annual offer, so the plan and selected payment frequency determine which advertised price applies.
No. The hosting volume discount does not apply when an active promotion already covers the purchase. Volume pricing applies to shared-hosting purchases and renewals, rather than every cdmon product. Domains have an independent discount system based on the number registered or renewed. The hosting volume-discount simulator accepts quantities for Mail, Start, Junior, Senior and Master and displays the annual total, discount level and savings for that combination of plans.
Domain promotions usually cover the first registration year. Later renewals and transfers use the standard rate for the extension, although temporary registry offers can provide exceptions. Registration, renewal and transfer prices are separate amounts, and the domain’s extension determines its rate. Standard and premium domains can also have different prices. For customers with several domains, cdmon’s domain volume pricing automatically reduces eligible registrations and renewals, but does not apply alongside an active domain promotion.
The invited buyer gets 5% off the purchase subtotal before taxes. The referring customer receives 5% of that subtotal as account credit, credited after 30 days. Participation starts in the Control Panel’s Refer-a-Friend section by accepting the conditions and activating the programme. Invitations have no numerical limit. The earned balance can pay for domain registrations and renewals, hosting purchases and renewals, or server services. Rewards stay as cdmon account balance; there is no cashback option.

An incorrectly copied coupon, a previously used coupon or an unfinished earlier order can cause rejection. A coupon already used on a processed order cannot be reused. An unprocessed order can also retain the discount associated with it. In that situation, contact cdmon so the earlier order can be reviewed; if it will not proceed, cdmon can remove that order and release the coupon for another purchase.
New hosting has a 30-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee from activation. Renewals are excluded, along with registration fees, technical-support query expenses, domain registration and services already consumed or otherwise non-refundable by their nature. Breaching the contract also excludes coverage. Cancellation requests go to comercial@cdmon.com. The Control Panel refund route is Product, then “Cobros y renovaciones,” then “Garantía de satisfacción” and “Iniciar devolución.” It displays the payment method and service; enter a brief reason and finish with “Realizar la devolución.”
Credit card, PayPal and bank transfer are available payment methods. PayPal adds a surcharge of 1.8% plus €0.35, while the sender pays any bank-transfer costs. Services activate after payment is received, and transfer orders are cancelled if payment has not arrived within 30 days. Advertised prices exclude VAT.
