The 36-month order costs MXN 1,053 instead of MXN 1,170, a saving of 10%. These are the full initial order amounts for the selected period. The Start It purchase form lets you register a new domain, transfer an existing domain, or use a domain without transferring it.
The displayed introductory hosting prices cover the first year. Renewals have separate rates. Tell It costs MXN 490 initially and renews at MXN 699; Sell It costs MXN 790 initially and renews at MXN 1,099. Push It starts at MXN 1,490 and renews at MXN 1,999. Max It starts at MXN 2,390 and renews at MXN 2,999. These are annual hosting amounts, with the initial and renewal charges attached to each named cPanel plan.
No. The reseller promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or coupons. Its discount is redeemed during creation of the purchase order, rather than added after payment. The order and payment must both fall within the campaign period. PayPal, Oxxo Pay, credit card and electronic transfer are accepted for that campaign. A complimentary domain remains part of the qualifying annual reseller package, subject to availability and the eligible extensions.
The included domain covers the first registration year on eligible extensions. The cPanel hosting benefit applies to .COM, .COM.MX, .ORG, .WEBSITE, .SPACE, .SITE, .STORE, .ONLINE and .FUN. You can register the domain when placing the hosting order. If you leave registration until later, you have only 30 days to claim the complimentary registration; after that deadline, the free-domain benefit is lost. This registration allowance is attached to the hosting purchase, rather than a standalone domain order.
Yes, for Tell It, Sell It, Push It and Max It, subject to matching services. The competing proposal, advertisement or quotation must come from a commercial company incorporated and registered in Mexico. It must be current and less than three calendar days old. Submit it through NEUBOX’s established contact channels. The competing service must have the same technical and operational characteristics; a proposal with different specifications does not qualify for the lower-price discount.
You can request a hosting refund within 30 calendar days of order activation, subject to the refund conditions. Domains, plan-reduction fees, prepayments, security certificates, Sitio en Minutos, email marketing, upgrades, downgrades and non-hosting services are excluded. NEUBOX requires documentation to process an approved refund and allows 45 calendar days after authorization to return the money. If a promotion included a free additional service, its normal purchase cost is deducted. Refunds for service defects require a reasonable cause involving omitted information or performance below the advertised specifications.
NEUBOX accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Mercado Pago, SPEI, Oxxo Pay and PayPal. Services use Mexican pesos by default. You can instead select US dollars as the main currency when creating your account, and that currency selection cannot subsequently be changed. Advertised prices exclude VAT. The purchase summary displays the applicable taxes and the official total before payment; Mexican taxes do not apply in every country where NEUBOX sells its services.
Turn off automatic renewal for the service in your customer panel before its scheduled charge. Open Servicios, then Mis Servicios, locate the relevant service and click its Activo button to disable the setting. Monthly plans are charged five days before expiry; annual plans and other billing periods are charged ten days before expiry. Automatic renewal requires an active service and a card registered as the default payment method in the NEUBOX customer panel.
Yes. NEUBOX charges a prorated difference for the remaining time on an eligible hosting upgrade. The existing expiry date stays the same. Your customer panel displays the upgrade option when available for shared cPanel, DirectAdmin and Reseller hosting, as well as conventional VPS plans. Requests depend on available resources, and NEUBOX can postpone or decline them to preserve service operation. A conventional VPS upgrade also requires a virtual-machine restart through the panel, with possible downtime during that restart.
The reseller campaign requires exactly one year. A six-month order or a term longer than one year does not qualify. Renewal orders and domain-extension renewals are also outside this promotion. Eligibility depends on the service order being a new purchase, rather than an extension of an existing subscription. NEUBOX promotions have limited validity and availability, with their own duration and conditions. The reseller offer must be redeemed as part of an eligible purchase during its stated campaign window.
