About V2 Cloud & Latest Deals

Cloud desktops, servers and application hosting with V2 Cloud deals and discounts.

Savings opportunities available through V2 Cloud coupon codes

V2 Cloud sells cloud desktops and servers, and the offers on this page help you pay less for your subscription. Standard Users pricing starts at $60 a month. Annual subscriptions offer a cost advantage for longer commitments.

Service categories frequently on promotion

Volume savings. V2 Cloud offers discounts for volume sales of its cloud services. Desktop pricing also covers Heavy Users from $110 a month and Power Users from $240 a month.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Third-party software has separate costs. A V2 Cloud discount does not replace another software provider's pricing or licence terms. Third-party content remains subject to that provider's own charges and conditions.

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Monthly or annual. V2 Cloud subscription fees are payable in advance according to the selected plan, unless another arrangement is agreed. Hourly billing is not available.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Volume discounts are automatic. The discount reaches your invoices when your account meets the required monthly volume. This saving uses invoice billing rather than a manually entered promo code.

V2 Cloud Coupon FAQ

You can cancel a V2 Cloud monthly subscription through your account or by written notice. Monthly cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle under the subscription terms. In the owner dashboard, the cancellation guide directs you to Actions, then Cancel Renewal, followed by Cancel Now. Written cancellation notice can instead be sent to support@v2cloud.com. V2 Cloud's termination terms provide for permanent erasure of stored data and content, so export the files you need before ending the service. This monthly cancellation rule applies to a month-to-month commitment; an annual commitment has separate early-termination obligations even when paid in monthly installments. The owner-account cancellation route begins with Actions and Cancel Renewal.

A failed card payment can be addressed with your bank or a different credit card. V2 Cloud invoices you on the first day of your billing cycle according to your subscription plan. Open invoices in the dashboard with administrator credentials to see the invoice status, billing cycle and monthly total. Actions lets you view the breakdown of charges and download the invoice. If the invoices section is unavailable to your account, your administrator or supervisor can address the required permissions. Billing questions can be sent to billing@v2cloud.com, while the payment terms require undisputed invoices to be paid upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. An invoice dispute must be raised within three business days of receipt.

V2 Cloud offers shared team desktops and individual desktops with dedicated computing resources. Team cloud desktops share the virtual machine's computing resources among employees. V2 Cloud's example places five employees in Singapore on one team machine. Individual cloud desktops dedicate computing resources to each user and fit employees who need machines in different regions, such as the Philippines, Germany and Mexico. During online ordering, you can select the region for your cloud computer. Hardware subscription fees depend on user access and resource allocation, and additional users carry a separate monthly fee. For a team order, the pricing guidance specifically asks you to count concurrent users because less frequent users can share.

V2 Cloud prices optional enhancements separately from the cloud desktop package. Maintain starts at $10 per virtual machine per month, and Secure starts at $15 per virtual machine per month. GPU Acceleration starts at $66 per month, with detailed configurations and pricing handled through sales. Additional Standard Storage starts at $0.08 per GB, while Backup Storage starts at $0.04 per GB. Dedicated IP addresses cost $5 each, and dedicated firewalls cost $100 each. These are separate items to account for alongside the desktop offer when deciding which services your order needs. For specialized connections, V2 Cloud requires both dedicated IP addresses and a dedicated firewall, with only one firewall needed per data center region.

V2 Cloud annual subscriptions automatically renew for another twelve months. Either party must give written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current term ends. Send your non-renewal notice to support@v2cloud.com for an annual subscription you want to end at the term boundary. Early cancellation does not refund prepaid unused fees. If you pay an annual commitment in monthly installments, the remaining unpaid installments become immediately due upon early cancellation, and V2 Cloud can charge the payment method on file. Monthly installments therefore remain payments toward the annual commitment. For ending the annual plan without another twelve-month renewal, the concrete deadline is written notice at least 30 days before its term ends.

V2 Cloud includes internet bandwidth and general technical support in its monthly service price. Bandwidth is subject to fair use, which excludes abnormal usage patterns. Technical support covers matters directly related to V2 Cloud services, while third-party software and pre-installed software fall outside that support scope. You can request help through online chat or the Support or Contact form, and a priority support plan is available separately through your Customer Account. V2 Cloud does not charge extra for over-usage, internet bandwidth or general technical support, but added users and optional services have their own charges. For bandwidth planning alongside a desktop offer, the stated minimum internet speed is 250 Mbps for both uploads and downloads.

V2 Cloud adds applicable taxes and duties unless they are explicitly included. VAT and sales tax depend on your billing address and the relevant state or country. In your Customer Account, invoices and subscription details are available for reviewing the charges associated with your purchase. V2 Cloud can request information needed to determine VAT collection, including your VAT identification number. A customer legally entitled to a sales, use or similar transaction tax exemption must provide a valid certificate from the appropriate taxing authority. The exemption applies to subscription charges arising after V2 Cloud receives that certificate, rather than earlier charges. Submit the valid exemption certificate before the subscription charges you want covered arise.

V2 Cloud bills added user licences in the next billing cycle. The charge reflects activity during the previous billing period, so even one day of activity counts as a full licence. In the dashboard, the invoices section shows the billing cycle and monthly total, and Actions opens the itemized breakdown. Removing a user stops future charges, but the next invoice can still include a final charge for activity before removal. Deleting and re-adding a user creates a new licence charge, even when both actions happen on the same day. Users added during a trial or near the end of a cycle also appear on the following invoice. To understand an extra licence charge alongside your discounted subscription, open the invoice breakdown through Actions.

You can add a payment card through your V2 Cloud dashboard. Subscription fees are payable monthly or annually in advance according to the plan you select, unless another arrangement is agreed. Open cards in the dashboard, select add a new card, and enter the card details in the form. The payment schedule follows your subscription commitment, so an annual plan paid in monthly installments still carries a twelve-month commitment. Any bank fees and charges are your responsibility under V2 Cloud's payment terms. For a failed card payment, the billing guide directs you to your bank or a different credit card. The invoices section shows your monthly total, and Actions opens the breakdown of the items being charged.

Yes. A V2 Cloud coupon and a promo code are the same thing: paste the code in the promo field at checkout before you pay.
