New hosting accounts qualify; renewals do not. The 30-day money-back guarantee provides a full refund of hosting fees within the purchase window. Domain registration fees are non-refundable, while add-on services such as SSL and backup may be partially refundable. An account terminated for a terms-of-service violation loses eligibility. The guarantee therefore covers the initial hosting purchase separately from domain charges, renewals and add-on services.
Monthly VPN plans are fully refundable within the seven-day refund period. The request must reach Netspace India within seven days of activation, and accounts with excessive usage may be ineligible. Annual subscriptions receive a prorated refund after seven days. VPN purchases follow this separate refund schedule rather than the hosting guarantee, with both the activation date and the subscription term determining the applicable refund treatment.
Open a Billing ticket in the customer portal. Include the order or invoice number and the reason for the request; the response window is 24–48 hours. Processing takes 5–7 business days, with another 3–5 days possible for bank processing. Refunds return through the original payment method in the original currency.
